Configuration of a custom AI voice receptionist.

Synchronization with your business calendar (Google, Outlook, or iCal).

Automated lead qualification and appointment booking.

2. Subscription & Payments

Monthly Billing: WagWire operates on a recurring monthly subscription model.

No Free Trials: We do not offer free trials. Access to the platform begins within 48 hours upon the first successful payment.

Cancellations: You may cancel at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

3. Data Privacy & "No-Share" Guarantee

Your data is your business. We respect that.

Zero Data Selling: WagWire will never sell, rent, or share your business data, client lists, or call recordings with third-party advertisers.

Data Usage: Data collected (call logs and transcripts) is used strictly to improve your specific AI agent’s performance and to facilitate your bookings.

4. Client Responsibilities

To make WagWire work, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information (pricing, hours, service lists).

Maintain an active and synced calendar to prevent double-bookings.

Ensure your use of an automated voice agent complies with local telemarketing and recording laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

WagWire is a tool to assist your business, but it is not a human.

AI Performance: While our agents are highly advanced, we are not liable for occasional "AI hallucinations," incorrect info given by the bot, or technical outages beyond our control.

No Guarantee of Profit: We provide the configured technology, but we do not guarantee a specific number of new bookings or revenue.
